Welcome! This is a group for people who think moving your body is a great way to take care of yourself. We want to make working out easy to get into and stick with, no matter who you are or where you're starting from.

We made this site to clear up all the confusion around fitness. We think info should teach you something, not scare you, and get you going, not trick you. That’s why we stick to simple, honest facts about stuff like exercise bikes, workout plans, and ways to live healthy.

We started because we wondered why learning about workout gear is such a pain.

There are ads everywhere, wild claims, and so much advice that doesn't match up. It’s easy to feel lost when you’re trying to figure out how to work out safely and do it right.

We saw people giving up before they even got started. It wasn't because they didn't want to work out, but because they didn't have anyone to show them the ropes. So, we made this site to fix that.

From the start, we just knew that everyone should have a chance to learn about fitness.

Not just athletes or gym rats, but normal folks who want to move, breathe, and feel better every day.

We began with one of the easiest and most common workout tools—the exercise bike. Then we grew to cover everything that goes with it: cardio, how to do things right, getting better, keeping going, staying pumped, and feeling good for life.
